Was going to join but decided on going somewhere with a Pool. I'm a water baby However this Gym is very local and Ca-mon 24-7 access is pretty good. Anytime you feel like a Workout or you're just bored or you can't stop that chatter in your head.nnSeems to be mostly a Man's Gym but hey that's ok. I saw Women too Lots of equipment here for all your needs and the coolest looking Treadmills Clean Tidy Respectful Atmosphere.nnChange room's lockers Friendly Staff. TVs on the Walls. I'm not a Geek but you can hook your music selection up to a Treadmill And there's plenty of safe parking.
This gym has a great vibe which is created by the manager Jess and Janine, one of the instructors. The team are always pleasant and very friendly, encouraging our fitness. The gym also has 24/7 access. Facilities are kept immaculately clean. Highly recommended. Definitely worth a visit.
I've been coming to this gym as a member for a while, during this time ZAP are the the current of three owners.nI think it's great here; 24hr operation, there's enough of all the relevant kit here, enough space and good separation of weights & cardio areas.nIt's well priced, plenty of parking and easy to get to fir locals. Also, as with any business, it's largely about the staff you deal with.I've found Jess and Valen here to be excellent. Always a friendly smile and a chat, but also very knowledgeable and helpful.
Zap fitness is a well equipped spacious gymnasium. It has a lot of quality lifting equipment and tons of cardio machines All the staff and PT.s are all friendly and always available . A big shout out to Jess , since she took over the role as manager I've noticed a real friendly community vibe in the gym that wasnt there b4.probably bcos Jess is super friendly and always makes you feel welcome :nMy only gripes with Zap is they have a wonderful steam and dry sauna that are turned off !!! Please turn them back on!!!nRegardsnJoe Arico
Huge amount of machines so you never have to wait. Equipment is in great condition and staff have been lovely. Gym is clean, cleaning products and hand sanitiser usually refilled. No idea why people give this place a bad rap. It’s been great for me!
