I am very disappointed. 2 of 5 skirts are practically ruined one shrunk and the fabric creased as if overheated, the other has stains remaining and made worse. The female staff I had encountered was impolite and dismissive in fact threatend me if I was to express my opinion. The truth is that u had performed poorly, that 2 of my good garments are not usable and u did not even try to be helpful. Sadly I did not read the below review as I would have been warned

Had a rug cleaned. It was dirty to begin with. Now it looks like it has been tie dyed. It is also rising from the floor in a few spots, so now it's a trip hazard. I was wondering why it was so cheap compared to the quote.
