One of the most reliable and best carpet steam cleaners in Brighton!

Not very happy with the service I received. When I called up and arranged the booking, I asked the man if they moved all the heavy furniture, he replied Yes, he said that in fact I did not have to move anything at all. They were due to come on a Friday, I kept getting 30 minute internal text messages advising me that they were running late, in the end they were 2 HOURS late. Beleive it or not, I was actually not too fussed about the lateness, they did keep me informed the whole time, it was an inconvienience but I was happy to let it slide. The quality of the job was very poor, it felt very rushed and no furniture was moved whatsoever. We had spent the afternoon moving everything except a chest of drawers, beds etc. And they just vaccumed around that furniture. I was really dissapointed with the quality of the work.
