We went to Zambrero Port Macquarie on a Friday at 12:30 & the place was quiet busy. We both ordered, eat in, burritos with variations plus drinks. They were okay but not really to my liking. Rice was one ingredient which seems odd. The chain is more fast food as opposed to real Mexican food. One thing that bothered me as we sat & observed was none of the five girls serving behind the counter medium length hair wore hair mets or hair covers. Call me "old fashioned" but this is poor hygiene. Imagine the hairs in the food.

Super customer service. Tends to always be crowded, but they are still very quick to serve you. And they pay attention and get the orders right. And food is great as well. They have indoor and outdoor seating.

Zambs as we locals call it. Great staff. They know what they are doing and listen intently for your order. Very clean and well kept. Staff are always looking happy and well dressed. Love the fact they give back..... Zams sell alcohol which is a plus in my eyes, ONLY allowed to drink on premises. Vegetarian options: Many vegan options I'm not vegan but it's displayed everywhere.

I had an absolutely amazing experience at zambrero Port Macquarie, being not from here I am sceptical of zambreros ad many of the leave me upset with what I receive, but this was one that left me with a massive smile on my face. Not to mention the pretty girl that served me my food.

Every time I go here the staff are friendly and the food is spot on. Fresh ingredients and a wide range of options. I’m amazed how they fit so much into one burrito. Loyalty program is tops, this evening I received my order free! All this plus they give a meal to the hungry every time you buy a meal. Great place to go.

Had to find a place for dinner as we were driving through and found this place! I had the bowl with cauliflower and my partner had the truffle burrito. Ingredients were fresh and perfectly seasoned and the staff were wonderful. Would definitely recommend if you're passing by or if you're just coming here for dinner!

Always wuick and delicious mex fix! We always come here if we want fuss free food. Just line up and choose what you like and thats it no waiting or whatever. Covid safe rules in place and indoor/outdoor seating available. Parking can be in front of the store or use the kmart parking and its a short walk from there.
