Zambrero had become my favourite lunch when I worked over in Palmerston. When I began work in the city I was stoked that there was a location in the CBD. Unfortunately, the location itself is the ONLY good thing.

I waited 20 minutes at the service bar, waiting for somebody to finish her really important chat out back. She shouldn't talk so loud about her sexual exploits in the work place by the way. 

About ten minutes in, somebody began to come out, but she checked her phone, and went back into the "kitchen". (We can probably just call it a lounge area, since that's how it's being used by your staff)

I was out the door when this girl came out of the "kitchen", and her face displayed shock as I walked out the door, as if I was in the wrong. I would definitely recommend cleaning house and I will never be returning to any of your locations.

Zambrero's has been a favourite of mine and after being overseas for 7 months I was so excited. I was served with the crappiest service, burrito was not portioned properly and wrapping was covered in sauce. Not impressed & wont return.
