Always a fantastic range of quality meat at great prices. Their sausage range is amazing and their own fried chicken pieces have been a family favourite of ours for years! The staff go out of their way to accommodate our every need.
We were in bunderburg on holidays and looking for a butcher, Zac's were recommended to us, we were surprised by the meat it was awesome and bloody cheap compared to my home town.nThe lady that served us was lovely and we had little chat.nI will say if we lived there it would be our local butcher for sure.
1st time buying meat from Zacs. I was impressed with the variety & the freshness of the meat & chicken. Their prices were good & the staff very friendly & helpful.nMy only complaint would have to be with the pork steaks - some of the pieces were small & had been butterflied & 2 pieces looked as if they would have been better off being minced & made into pork mince. With so many good reviews I will be back to give them another try.
Great meat and range but the waiting time was ridiculous. I waited 15 minutes to be served. There were only two servers and a handful of butchers out the back, if one or two of them had helped serve it would have been a more enjoyable experience. It's too long a wait to go back, sorry.
My husband ordered through ph as usual for picked up pork mince owner said come to buy from shop..I went to buy picked the ticket waiting 40 minutes lady said no pork mince....my question is if you don't have that items why you not say earlier when my husband rang..nYou said come to grab from store..nWasting my time waiting for nothing..nI rang to store owner to let him know about the situation but he abused me and shouted at me, which is not right…nLast time I ordered meat went to pick the meat waiting long time couldn't make it I let them know drop off to restaurant they didn't 2 times, they sent wrong ordered..nAnd talking about the bills, it has always been paid on time and I have a proof. Don’t say anything to cover your rude behaviour. I’m not the only one experiencing your bad customer service.nThanks
