The best care and service!!! Can not believe how amazing Dr Nichol was with my 5yo. The nurse and receptionist were amazing as well and I'm so sorry I didn't get their names as we got in so quickly and seen quickly but no question not answered and honestly so thorough!!!nThank you for a wonderful care experience in a time when as a parent with a youngster everything is unknown.
This service is excellent. Staff are very kind and friendly and fast and efficient. I didn't have to wait long to be seen and the quality of care was first class. They are thorough and make sure you have what you need before you leave. Better than the hospital emergency department. It's a shame this one isn't open longer hours. We need more of them.
Everyone was so lovely and professional. From first contact with reception to last contact with the doctor. The nurses were so caring as well. Was no longer than waiting for your own doctor at times but so very worth the wait if you can’t get into your GP
I was so impressed with the Urgent Care at IWC!nThe facility was clean and welcoming.nThe reception staff, nurses and doctors were all very friendly and helpful.nWe didn’t have to wait very long at all which was amazing! There is a great little play area there for kids too!nXray was right next door in the same building too! The staff made my little girl feel comfortable and safe. Thank you all! Keep up the great work!n5 stars! Very impressed!
Excellent Service. The reception staff were so friendly, the Doctor and Nurses are amazing. Not a long wait and i am very greatful for the caring and helpful service the Urgent Care Clinic provided.
