Great station. Clean and tidy. Helpful, happy staff. I usually use Mobil but found Z Whakatane was really good.
One of the busiest service stations for sure. Pay at pump makes life easy. Bad things I noticed are; almost every time there is no water to top up; wind screen cleaning liquid is either out or very dirty and rubbish around the bins. Hope they’ll improve on this. Otherwise it’s pretty good.
Great cheap petrol used our stacked points so saavings
I use an AAcard to attract 6c or 10c per litre but I did not it do properly when I dialed in $40. I hung the pump up thinking I had reached $40 but it was only $39.26. End story no 6c per litre. But getting petrol is a plus rather than a mistake. Lesson to learn MAKE SURE!!!
The shop is under repair. They had attendant's out at the petrol pumps to assist those who don't know how to operate the pay at
No help.... didn't even no hw to put water in my car and they told me to go to Awakiri to use my gift card
Great service, good selection at cafe area,clean rest room,only thing is if you pay at the pump their is no fly buysRats So go in and pay if you want fly buys other than that it's a pretty good quick stop
Excellent workers very friendly and I remember not having money in my card for 10 gasmy card declined and the manager offered to pay but I declined her offer and ask her that I will pay it back the next day so thank you again I manage to get my wife to work in Edgecumbe.
Definitely a 5* rating and yes they have bad days like any other business with the amount of customers that pump through that place I think the staff do an amazing job having to put up with difficult that's putting it nicely customers, good on you staff at Z
