Never previously had issues with them however the night-shift guy is so arrogant. He speaks to his customer like he's dealing with garbage. He needs to learn to respect people.

It used to be a good spot for a good coffee and service used to be nice. But my last two visits were unpleasant due to the arrogant behaviour of this new lady customer service representative. She was on her phone all the time during my first visit and during my second visit she didn’t even bother to respond to when asked for a coffee. I was a regular customer here. Won’t go back again

Usually loved to come here until this morning at 05.50am. Your female staff with faul mood and terrible CS personality is one of the last thing anyone want to be waking up to before starting work. Do something.

Beware if you use an international credit card and pay at the pump.. $93 worth of fuel and $178.09 was taken from our card. Called the store after realising and was told you will get your money back after 2 days, we don't hold your money the bank does.  There is no warning either.

Worst staff ever. Too busy on their mobiles to serve customers. 3 customers waiting. 2 staff, 1 making a coffee  and 1 on her phone.  When we eventually got served, she didn't say a word, served and straight back on her phone.

Excellent attitudes, polite friendly welcoming staff. Situated so close to Auckland International Airport   a higher level of service is provided here along with a smile  to greet our international Jet-setters. After all first impression’s are lasting impression’s aye

Expect to pay +15c more per litre than what you'd pay in the suburbs.  It is the only petrol station at the Airport.  The other Z towards the international terminal has closed down.  Every Tom, Dick and Harry seems to refuel here before returning their rental cars.  IT IS BUSY around lunch time..we waited over 30 mins.  All pumps had 3 - 4 cars queuing.  There were a few idiots buying coffee after refueling leaving there cars at the pumps!.

I had a bad experience here, yesterday, I drive here to fill up self-servicemy camper van. After that I made a queue around 10 am, I ask the staff to swap gas as well. She said she was busy. And her  Attitude was so rude. I never had this poor service ever!!!
