Well I have never experienced such rude and poor customer service. Blunt gave me the feeling of what do you want.nTina, quiet clearly didn't have good product knowledge. Suzanne and her whispering behind the counter was absolutely disgusting. I work in customer service and would never make anyone feel the way they made me feel instore today.
I stop there every night for a cup of coffeenMost of the staff is nice and friendly.nCouple of staff doesn’t know how to make coffee and also doesn’t know what customers asked for..nI have noticed couple of staff doesn’t make coffee the way I asked for.. maybe they don’t mark options on the cup…nit happens many time.nIt would be great if some of the night staff respect and give what customers asked fornnThanks

The team at the Z Station Oamaru are fabulous. Each and every one of them tales the time to greet you with a smile and a warm hello. They often enquire as to how one's day is going and actively listen to those responses. I am a regular customer here as their customer service surpasses many other petrol stations both in Oamaru and around Oamaru. These individuals genuinely care about their customers and cannot be faltered on any one thing. The overall appearance of both the premises and staff shows pride in the company. I highly, highly recommend that you visit here if coming through Oamaru. They excel in top notch customer service. Well done team. Keep up the amazing work.
The blonde lady on the forecourt she is the best, happy friendly chatty and nothing is a problem. She is worth her weight on gold. I always go here because of her service is always top notch.
