A huge big thank you to all the ladies working the weekday morning shift.  They are all amazing, always super happy, great coffee. Even when it’s crazy busy they still keep smiling.  Always a great start to a workday. Thanks again for the great service and happy friendly smiles

Lovely counter service but the forecourt is disgraceful. Bins overflowing, no fresh water, window squeegees that have no silicon blades to wipe water away. They need a full time forecourt manager. I’ve had the same experience multiple times, needs to be improved drastically

Totally in awe of the amazing youngster on duty around 11.0-12.0pm on Friday 27 Jan. She coped singlehanded with huge queues after people were stranded in Warkworth by slips on SH1. I’ve never had such great service - she took the chaos in her stride, permanent smile and nothing was too much trouble. We’d have had a grim night without those emergency rations, and that young woman’s infectious good humour almost made it all worthwhile! She deserves a massive bonus for what she did that night

Only one young guy serving this morning at 7am but he still made the best coffee around and kept his cool with lots of customers!! Not sure of his name but he had a pony tail!! Thank you for the great coffee and service this morning Nick and Sandi
