Asked for a cappucinno. Went to go drink it just now and it's a mocca I think or a hot chocolate. May need to concentrate on one thing at a time staff. Defiantly not what I needed. I need caffeine!!!! First time this has happened. Have been here often and never had this problem. Otherwise tidy shop and clean toilets
Totally in awe of the amazing youngster on duty around 11.0-12.0pm on Friday 27 Jan. She coped singlehanded with huge queues after people were stranded in Warkworth by slips on SH1. I’ve never had such great service - she took the chaos in her stride, permanent smile and nothing was too much trouble. We’d have had a grim night without those emergency rations, and that young woman’s infectious good humour almost made it all worthwhile! She deserves a massive bonus for what she did that night

Indian Lady was very rude, didn't bother to say goodbye or even any eye contact. Not the way I'd want my business run. *Updated 26/6. The Manager has contacted me and addressed the issue which I appreciated. Recieved a free coffee in the mail. So increased rating from 1-3.
Easy fuel stop both for car and body. Staff here are very pleasant and helpful. If NZ had an Alan Partridge he'd walk here for his Ginsters!
Excellent friendly service great selection of cabinet food and always good coffee well positioned on SH1 when traveling north.
At 7 pm Date 6th Feb 2020, I reached Z Warkworth, and me and my husband needed coffee badly, as we were driving back to Auckland from Goat Island.. But the Kiwi male staff refused to make coffee and said he had to clean the coffee machine. And not going to make any coffees for tonight. I even requested him that my husband needs coffee badly, as we only love coffee from Z and we are driving back to Auckland.. And there is no Z on the way. Also told him we can wait for 15-20 minutes so that he can clean coffee machine. But still he refused. I even asked him so do Z warkworth not serve coffee 24/7? He replied we sell nearly 250 coffees a day, and doesnot matter if we are not selling coffee for 1 hour. This is really not a good experience
