We are currently on our boat at Kawau Island and have just had a delivery from New World Warkworth. The process is extremely efficient - order online, select “boat” delivery and which wharf you want it to be delivered to, then select your preferred day/time.nYou receive an immediate confirmation of your order.nThe order is packed in banana boxes and sent to the Kawau Island Cruises depot at Sandspit. This charge is $15.nKawau Island Cruises then call you to tell you how many boxes there are and take payment $14 per box and give you an approximate time the ferry will be at your wharf. In our case, we had our delivery sent to the wharf by the Kawau Yacht Club in Bon Accord Harbour.nJust before midday, the ferry arrived and dropped off our two boxes.nThe quality of the food was very fresh and everything selected as ordered. The fruit and vegetables were exactly what I would have chosen myself.nThis service is outstanding and makes the difference between being away for an extended period, or going home to restock. Well done New World Warkworth. Highly recommended.
Super clean store that is stocked to the rafters.nnWe are here in holiday & have done a few shops for dinner & snacks. Prices are comparable to home Canada as is selection.nnWe have embraced L&P & Mince N Cheese Pies. Love that you DO NOT refrigerate eggs here & that you are civilized enough to sell wine & beer in the grocery store also. Something we still have to sort out back home.nnStore staff was very helpful & friendly & parking was easy as!nnKeep up the good work.
Great supermarket, hamdy with plenty of parking. Great variety of goods and produce always fresh. Friendly helpful staff and they have packers too.
Old village charm and friendly people today. Peaceful, calming and very pretty in nature along the river.
