This was a while ago but forgot to post. Had met a Monique I believe that's what her name iswho is such a lovely girl with straight dark hair. She was very kind and friendly when I entered the store needing assistance. And had Serie or Serina, another friendly girl with short blonde hair, give me the information I needed about the certain items that I was interested in and had a great conversation with these girls. Overall comment, a great store and overly lovely staff.

We needed a new washing machine the week of labour weekend- phoned and spoke to Rose who was so helpful - Warkworth branch didn’t have the model we needed so Rose phoned around and located one in Whangarei. She organised the delivery and installation for the next day.nThe service Rose provided was nothing but excellent - many thanks

Great service and friendly staff. Didn't have to approach as they saw I needed assistance and helped me out asap.

4 sales staff in full view , comfortably sitting behind their desks staring out at the customersn5 or 6 customers in the store completely unattended. 3 of us walked out. If I had 0 stars I’d give them that. Hopeless! Head office need to visit and teach them about customer service.Ready to buy a new iPhone, iPad and 75” TV.

Excellent customer service experience from Ella.  I reported a problem with a purchase still under guarantee.  She asked all the right questions, told me what was going to happen to get it fixed and to phone back if the email requested repair didn't happen.  Gave me her name and apologised for the inconvenience.  This level of customer service keeps me local!
