Yoshi has got to be one of my favourite restaurants in Melbourne. I have been to many around toorak , south yarra but no other restaurant in my opinion can exceed expectations that Yoshi has for me. It really is a hidden treasure in mebourne. Friendly and respectful staff to reasonable and delicious food. Clean and comfortable to dine in. Cannot speak any higher for Yoshi. It's a must try.

Yoshi Japanese Restaurant is a South Yarra gem. The food is excellent, always fresh and tastes fantastic. At Yoshi, you get what pay for and if you’re after quality Japanese cuisine then look no further. Can’t fault it!

Placed a takeaway order 9th April 2018 Tempura cold and soaky Tuna smelt fishy and tasted worse Took the food back and was told by the owner there was nothing he could do and we just shouldn't come back He doesn't have to worry about that and suggest you all do the same Many many better places to go to The worst restaurant we have ever been to - terrible

Very nice service. The food is very good and very well made. The place is usually quite empty and it's only open for 2 and a half hours for lunch which usually means you arrive to eat and it's closed which is unfortunate. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. The lunch sets are a great option.
