Story

Yogi-Veda day spa is the creation of Yogi Shino, a Japanese yoga teacher and Ayurvedic masseuse living in Adelaide.
Yogi-Veda is a luxury day spa set in a small studio in beautiful Stirling. The treatments are based on the Ayurvedic Doshas (body types).
The Doshas, Vata, Pitta and Kapha, are central to all that we do. All of Yogi-Veda's treatments are designed to balance one's doshas and create rejuvenation and relaxation.

Beautiful facility, very professional service.  The massage was wonderful. Very therapeutic.  I left relaxed and rejuvenated.  I will drive up from the plains for more of this.

Shino's massage is a deeply therapeutic, mentally blissful and emotionally soothing. This is a highly recommended experience for anyone that enjoys healing touch. Shino's gift with massage is a powerful and enriching experience that everyone should schedule into their routines on a semi-regular basis to rejuvenate themselves. 

Massages generally take a couple of hours and then you are likely to feel pretty blissed out for a couple of hours after that (don't forget to drink water and rehydrate). I also experienced very deep sleep on the nights after my massages. I suggest getting your massage on a day off and take it easy for the rest of the day after a session with her. 

Her studio is set amongst the trees and chirping birds in beautiful leafy Stirling. Parking available. She also sells some tasty organic Ayurvedic teas which I love to drink and have given away as gifts. 

I really enjoy the hot shower after the massage and the organic soaps Shino has on offer in the guest shower. I always go home feeling incredibly cleansed.

I have also bought gift vouchers for this business for friends and family and they enjoyed it as much as me.

Shino gives the very, very best massage; her knowledge is amazing; the setting is beautiful and she is one lovely lady! Highly recommended!
