We lined up to get in this evening and on entry and when paying, the staff were more interested in chatting to their friends than allowing us in or taking the money we offered when paying. There were also a number of dogs in the restaurant too. One was carried by their owner while they were filling their yoghurt cup and held over the toppings. Another was at the table and next to us. We don’t usually have to worry about our allergies when out for dinner. The guy they referred to as the manager saw all of the above with no concern. Really disappointing.
Amazing place. The atmosphere is amazing. Staff are nice and polite. The butterscotch and coconut taste amazing. Great variety and choose of flavours and toppings to choose from. Seating outside. I went during a busy-ish day and there were still a few seats.
Can’t fault this place for a single thing. During our Gold Coast visit, we returned here several times and each time was wonderful. The ice creams / yoghurts are delicious but the best part is the toppings. The water taps, still and sparkling, while you wait and then sit down to eat, is a nice touch. Staff are friendly and smiley. Hygiene standards are high, with them constantly wiping and cleaning the surfaces. Yes it’s just an ice cream with toppings place but there’s a reason the queue snakes around the corner every evening here!
Incredible experience! Charlene was very enthusiastic and amazing service, she was very polite, offered help with a big smile on her face that made us felt very welcome! Thank you very much! We will be back for sure!
Having only ever ordered this delicious goodness on UberEats going in-store last night for the first time was fantastic. One of the delightful team members Alyssa unsure on spelling was kind enough to orientate our family regarding how things work and fielded all our questions about cones, cups and toppings. I'll return in person purely based on how she elevated our experience. Bravo!
