Ordered though Menulog. Quick delivery. I was missing 2dim Sims. Beef stir-fry $20+. Container was half full with very little beef in it. Got rice I didn't ask for. Sweet and sour was good Cost me $49.00. for food And $5.00 delivery. Never again.
First time ordering takeaway here, sorry to be brutal but the food was the worst chinese takeaway I’ve ever eaten. Had the chicken and vegetable dish and beef and black bean. It just Didn’t taste authentic. Was more like the Chinese food I make at home with the sauce from a jar.. chicken was so dry and rubbery was almost in eatable! Definitely not like any Chinese dishes I’ve eaten Before.. which is hard to believe because the food in the pics Looks amazing.
We recently had a small birthday dinner and Yiche restaurant was kind enough to shrink our table when some people couldn't come at the last minute. The service was prompt and friendly and the meals brought out in a timely manner. Everyone loved the flavour of the meals and I can highly recommend this place if you want yummy food. This is not your average aussie chinese menu, there is some very interesting menu choices to be had. Minus 1 star only for the inconsistency of portion sizes. I had the chicken rendang which I thought was a great size, but some others on the table thought theirs could be a little more. Don't let that put you off from dining here though, the flavour makes up for it. Have an entree, the prices are reasonable. We will be back thanks.
This is kind of heartbreaking! I would have previously rated this gem a 5 star... just get the 'trust us' menu. They clearly have more passion for it. We got pork belly which was dry and claggy. Beef noodles with no noodles. And some chicken thing that looked muddy. Pretty disappointing when the last trip was so good...
Always fantastic food here at yiche. I first discovered the place whilst living locally several years ago.....it has a great reputation with the locals. Even now it's worth the two hour drive from melbourne. Evelyn...the owner and hostess....has been with yiche since its beginnings....so you know that you're being served by someone who really cares. Food is always fresh and flavorsome. I think it's a Malaysian Singaporean Asian fusion. I'm not sure. But I love the food. And I'm confident you will too.
Been to Yiche twice over the last 2 months. Absolutely fabulous. Menu has heaps of options and many are gluten free, which we need. Great waitresses, lovely atmosphere also.
have never found fault here. I'm a local and have been there many times. staff are great. food is great. price is reasonable for the quality of food and friendliness/helpfulness of staff.
This place is really top quality with great flavours. Such an awesome variety of well designed and superbly balanced dishes. Highly Recommend the "suprise me" chef menu.
