Great customer service, the only tiny challenge is that they don’t usually accept cash, they will if you insist. But the self serving machines are very easy to use, and quick. Staff work at drive through are amazing, friendly, patient and always smiling.
The state of the toilets will haunt my dreams….nnThe urinals in the men’s blocked full of urine, floor covered in it. Woman poo all over the place. Baby change table broken….nnThis is the stuff of nightmares
This is a 24 hour store, we arrived at the drive through around midnight to find no response at the intercom. Waited awhile unsure if anyone was working or if the store was open so we drove to the next window. Saw a staff member who had the audacity to be rude and angry at us? It was so off putting we just left.
That's the last time I will be going to McYucks! Patheticly long wait even though the store wasn't busy and plenty staff on. Soggy fries didn't receive deserts with order had to show receipt to show what I had ordered and then was given plain vanilla McFlurry's no toppings and orange juice that you couldn't drink it's so disgusting.nOver priced garbage!
Always forgets something, every single time. Ordered through door dash no drinks. Order through the drive through and nearly every time will have to go back inside to get what was forgotten. Service has gone down hill massively.
