Wonderful hostel, and the staff are absolute angels! I was so tired when I arrived that I stupidly locked my padlock keys in my locker, and they went above and beyond to rescue my stuff for me - I’m so grateful! Rooms and communal areas are clean, and beds are comfy with privacy curtains. Lots of facilities like luggage storage, laundry, lounge and even a pool. 10/10 would stay again!

I think it's the nicest hostel I've ever stayed in. Clean rooms with privacy curtains on each bunk. Spacious showers. Service with a smile.nOver 35 year olds are welcome  - they didn't discriminate against me because of my age like nearby BIG Hostel and Downing Hostel did - I'm  a young 54yo!nWill definitely stay again! Thank you.

ASK IF PLUMBING IS FIXED BEFORE BOOKING!nUnfortunately they are having serious issues with the plumbing. I stayed for a week, moved 3 times for various reasons and at least 3 floors flooded because of the old plumbing. I had to go to different levels for showers and different levels for toilets, which was really inconvenient at night with my bladder.nnThe staff and location are fantastic, once the plumbing is fixed this is absolutely a great place to stay.

I've been a regular visitor here for several years. The convenient location, value for money and good night's sleep keep me coming back. Love that the shared rooms have new lockers and powerpoints at every bunk now!

Best hostel I have stayed in! Staying for 7 nights, on my 6th now, and the place is super clean, friendly staff, excellent location beside central Sydney station, walking distance to Chinatown, Darling Harbor, Hyde Park, City Hall. Room is spacious with plugs for mobile phones and gadgets, lockers can accommodate big suitcases bring your padlock, and they provide sheets and towel. Wifi is fast and easy to connect to. They have movie nights, and daily skeds for various activities. Guests of all ages welcome, from teens to seniors. Love the place and will stay here again when in Syd!
