Since the maximum stay allowed is two weeks, I stayed for exactly that period. The rooms here are very comfortable, the bedding is clean, and the staff are friendly—they serve with smiles and address any issues promptly. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with utensils, the dining area is also large and clean, and there’s even a laundry room and a computer room, making it fully equipped with everything you need. I’ll definitely stay at this hotel again when I go to Sydney next time.
Always good to stay here with my school group. The food could have been better. No protein at breakfast and dinners were a bit average. But the rooms were great. Clean and well appointed. The staff at reception were great and helpful. Good location near tram and train, albeit rather noisy on weekends. We will be back
Overall a nice hostel in a great location, definitely a more upgraded hostel compared to cheaper ones around, but still good value. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and shared bathrooms were also really clean. Only minus is that the rooms are advertised as air conditioned but they are really hot. But I think that’s pretty usual for Sydney hostels! Overall would recommend, especially for solo travellers or small groups of friends. If you’re younger and looking for a party hostel this isn’t it, but that’s ideal for a traveller in their late 20s who’s not really looking for that!
Great accommodation with great location! Clean room and facilities and can get to meet a lot of people.nRemember to bring your own toiletries and towel as it won't be provided. And also a pad lock in order to use the temporary locker before you check in/ after you check out so you can explore the city freely!

They were very supportive and understanding even when I made a complaint.nnDisliked · I booked this place because I didn’t want to end up in a party hostel. It was quite overpriced, but I needed some comfort, so I chose a 4-bed female dorm. The room itself was nice and spacious, and I had respectful roommates. But… the outdated door-locking system meant the door slammed constantly, keeping me and others awake all night. Even with my custom-made earplugs 27 dB, the banging was unbearable. Apparently, management is aware of this issue—I wasn’t the first to complain. For a place that aspires to be a 3-star hotel, it’s way overpriced for what you actually get. The elevator is also outdated, very slow, and inefficient. Overall, it was a waste of money as I had zero comfort during my stay.
