I had an awesome stay at WakeUp Sydney! Huge shoutout to Cerys for the exceptional service and for assisting with several additional requests relating to my booking. I was in a four bed dorm, and I loved how clean, comfortable, and spacious the room was. Finally, the social atmosphere at the hostel is unbeatable - the events organised by WakeUp were heaps of fun. As someone new to the city, this was a great way to meet new people and explore what Sydney has to offer. Overall, this hostel has a great vibe, and I’d highly recommend it!

Loved my stay here. Really social hostel with good rooms and a perfect location with amazing access to public transport. The staff here are super friendly, Zoe and Ari in particular were so so lovely and made the whole experience 100x better.

I had a great stay with Wake Up. Was greeted with a friendly welcome and was informed where everything was and how things ran. The reps were class and particularly made the stay special, Ariel especially was so kind, helpful and always had a smile on her. I’d definitely stay again!

Everything was amazing. Had a great experience met some awesome people and had overall good things to say about all the staff. However, the one night staff gentleman bald Guy, one of those rude people I’ve ever met. Had some complications with our flight and instead of it being at 10pm needed to take a 5 am flight. Meaning leave around 2-3 am so no reason to book another room nor did they have availability. The gentleman was extremely unhelpful and was super disrespectful saying to get lost and leave immediately saying he did not care. After such a great experience this was the last thing I expected, come to syd often and will definitely come back but something needs to be done as I can see this not being the first time he has been this way.

Very unrespectfull to allow guests to have some rest during night times. They give earplug for free but still the high volume during ALL night and early morning makes impossible to feel comfortable. Noises come from everywhere. Doors are extremely noisy.  I  don’t recommend this hostal if you want to actually sleep during night
