My second visit and it is as good as my first. Full of flavours, don’t let the colour of the broth fool you, it is extremely good. Great service and restaurant is air conditioned too. Drove quite a distance to get here but not regretting one bit. Highly recommended!
Come here on Tuesday as my friend recommended this place. The staff was polite. We had rare beef and brisket pho, combo rice and custard apple smoothie. The pho was tasty with chili. The Combo rice is generous and had various pork. A good place to enjoy Vietnamese food.
Went in last week in a casual Saturday night. The waitress here are welcoming and attentive in a good way not too over. The food here is tasty and affordable. Would definitely consider coming more regularly. Forget to take a photo of my pho . My friend really enjoyed the quails. The longan juice is the Icey on the cake .
This was my favourite Vietnamese eatery years ago, came here nearly every week for many years, brought visitors here, and recommended to many people. But eating here again after a few years away, I had a bowl of pho dac biet beef pho combination and was left disappointed. The broth is still good but nothing else is. The rare beef fillet is not at all rare but totally overcooked, dry and tasteless. The beef brisket is completely tasteless, extremely dry and tough. Could it be that their std has dropped, or perhaps I have had so much pho at so many of the new and not so new Vietnamese eateries that I have become discerning and spoilt? And I am surprised that they continue to charge money for a glass of tap water when none of the other Vietnamese eateries do so anymore.
We ordered beef rice noodle soup and seafood rice noodle soup. The food was very delicious so we had a square meal. I felt that I did a good job visiting this place. Thank you : + We visited again and ate seafood rice noodle soup, Combination stir-fry with rice noodles, and fried prawns. They were delicious too.
With the absurd $19 price tag, their combo rice did not live up to expectations, eventhough the serving size was good and egg meatloaf tasted okay but pork chop was not even grilled and just bland, their fish sauce wasn't good neither. Overall, a big let down with that price tag imo, but my friend said their dry noodle was good so plus 1 star.
This is their “Hainanese chicken rice”..I was quite shocked when the staff put this in front of me, I thought they served me something else..this is definitely not the Hainanese chicken rice that I know of..the rice is plain rice not even chicken rice, the sauce is weird as well. And this is $18 hmmm
Neat little restaurant tucked away in a small shopping centre. Hard to see from the main street but well worth looking for. Good food with very friendly staff. Will definitely go back again.Food: 4/5
As a big fan of pho, I would give it 4/5 in taste, 3/5 in price and size. But the beef satay is only 2/5. One big thumbs up for it though, the food is served in less than 5 mins.
Excellent combination broken rice. Best one in Adelaide so far. Delicious durian smoothie. Food arrived quickly. Prompt service. Fully packed at Sunday 2pm. Went again recently at 10am, the rice in the broken rice was really dry, I think they must have used the old rice from the day. Toppings are still great
