Nice food. Nice clean atmosphere. Some of the plastic cutlery seemed a little cheap. Also, had to wait a while after the food was brought out for the drinks so that wasn’t ideal as we’d ordered spicy food. Will come back though.
Their flavors are on point for a legit Chinese style hot pot. Pictured is the half mushroom and half spicy lamb. Sauce station available to create your own sauce or pick up one readily available. Must try!
Very nice. First time here and well explained the concept. They gave us extra bonus food to try. Venue is beautifully decorated
We ordered a set dinner for two of AUD78. The beef is of good quality. We are all full.
Cooking your own got put. Fun idea. Tasted good. Wasn't cheap though!!
Awesome environment and friendly staffs. This is definitely not a buffet style hot pot meal so expect to pay more for higher quality food and ingredients. We requested extra spicy and we surely got it. The only place that have us deadly good heat in our hot pot. The fresh meats are cut thicker than, in my opinion, it should be. Great variety on sauce but is missing the peanut sauce. Huge list from menu to choose from including exotic items like fish egg buns. I highly recommend this place. You will end up spending about $50-$85 pp.
This is absolutely the best hot pot place in Adelaide. Freshest beef, tasty sauce and great staff!
Loved the dining experience here. Authentic Chinese hot pot style dining. Ordering is by ticking a selection sheet- first you pick a soup base, select meats & greens to dip/cook in soup broth. Side dishes available also and vegan friendly. Condiments & sauces are self serve and create your own. I love that here they serve sugarcane drink in jugs, cheaply. Unfortunately waiting staff don’t seem to speak much English. Menu selection sheets could be improved and have photo descriptions.
Yum! Great prices and such great food.....you cook your own as either a table or your very own! It all looks so simple, til you start eating! The decor also ‘feels’ like a Chinese ‘Hutong’ area. So different and fun. ,
terrible service from the girls. We used to come here often because the food seemed fresh and cleaner. We don't usually get their "buffet sauce" which is ridiculously over price at $2.50 per person for what it is. We usually tell them before we pay that we did not take any sauce and they will remove the charge for us. The last time we went there I told the girl at the counter we did not take any sauce. She proceeded to tell us that the boss has made a new rule and that everybody will be charged for the sauce because some people say they don't want sauce but end up getting it any way. We then told her isn't it obvious we did not take any? Everyone can see with their eyes that there were no sauce bowls on the table. Then she changed the story! Telling us that if we don't want sauce we need to let her know before. We realise that even though it is not her fault the "rules" were made this way, but her attitude could've been 10x better. Not to mention that there seems to be no communication between staff - we've previously ordered a special that had on the window, asking if the price was still the specials price. The girl told us yes. When we went to pay - the guy at the cashier told us that the special is not available anymore. Have not gone back to the restaurant since.
