Story

Providore at Stall 66, is one of the longest running stalls in the Market. Ian Behrndt and Mark Gleeson have co owned the stall since 1991 and continue to offer the best of the best. Providore remains a magnet for customers searching for that extra special something. The history and philosophy of Providore is simple- to provide the most indulgent gourmet foods available in Adelaide.

Eat your way through the awesome range of handmade cakes, gateaux and chocolate truffles. Giant muffins, sweet and syrupy Greek cakes, and the best Xmas puddings. Fresh strawberries with waffles dipped in melted Belgian chocolate, and giant Belgian chocolate crackles. Sugar free, gluten free cakes, slices and muffins. The BEST Belgian dark chocolate rocky road. The offering goes on and on....

We keep on coming back just for their baked treats especially the CRONUTS! My goodness!! They have different sweets and pastries for everyone! Make sure to visit this stall when you’re at the market!

Best brownie in Adelaide! My all time favorite patisserie.

Providore has a wide selection of desserts on display that would make the sweet tooth froth at the mouth in excitement.  I tried the Portuguese custard tart $3, which still tasted good and creamy, but unfortunately mine was cold.

OMG a cake lovers dream! The size of some of the slices of cakes....well are extremely good value for money. Next time Im going to try the panacotta lamington, just didn't have enough room after lunch & it is a huge piece. The tiramisu is very nice, I've had that before.

Wide selection of sweet delights to make you happy. Loved the iced carrot cake and black forest cake.
