I can't fault the customer service at Yarra Valley Nissan. Alex was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process of trading in my old Nissan Patrol for a new one. He spent time explaining and demonstrating the new features of the 2024 Patrol and even paired my phone to the car. Alex took me into the service dept to book the car in for the tow bar and electric brake unit to be fitted and ensured a courtesy car would be available for me on that day. Even though I live over an hour away from the dealership, I feel the drive is worth it for the excellent assistance provided throughout the whole purchasing process and, hopefully, all future servicing will be just as good.nMany thanks, Alex.

The staff were brilliant. I mentioned a known knocking issue when the car was idling at the time of drop off and it was fixed under warranty. I’ve since driven to Bendigo and had no issues.nEverything was covered under the capped price service.nNo complaints and very happy
Purchased my patrol last week can not recommend Alex and business manager Charles highly enough.nBoth guys were super professional and efficient none of the rubbish that you normally have to put with when you visit some dealerships. Very happy and hope that the service department keeps up the high standard these two guys have set.
