Very courteous and helpful staff, clean showroom, amazing salesman Mark who understood my hesitation about the brand spoke about the positives and features and allowed me the time to make an informed decision, with no high pressure sales tactics, l am so happy l chose Hyundai , the car is so full of tech and options l have never had so l am making myself learn and use them, the only thing l beleive should be included in the car is a recording dash cam
Had a great experience with the team at Lilydale Hyundai. Pressure free and accommodating of an offer that included minor repairs to scuffed rims which they managed to get done within a week of acceptance. Big shoutout to the team for dealing with an after market tow bar issue cost free. Currently away at Bright using the new car as an excellent tow vehicle. Highly recommend buying for them.
I collected my new, used, 2013 Hyundai i30 GD SE today.nnIt was the single most pleasant experience I’ve had buying a car from a dealership.nnFrom the moment, I phoned and spoke to Campbell, the sale was carried out thoughtfully, with professionalism, integrity and respect.nnCampbell had sound knowledge of the cars history, features and condition. It was not misrepresented in any way, and I was confident of the reliability and condition of the vehicle given the honesty and integrity with which Campbell operated.nnNevertheless, given I am several hours away in East Gippsland, I coordinated, with Campbell’s support, my parents viewing and test driving of the car on my behalf, as the live much closer in the South Eastern suburbs of Melbourne. The feedback from my father, who is very particular about his cars, and in his dealings with people, was overwhelmingly impressed, both with the condition of the vehicle, and Campbell as a salesperson. I did this having paid a holding deposit, with confidence that if this turned out, not to be the right car for me, there would have been no challenge in recouping this money.nnCampbell very fairly and openly negotiated the right price, including quoting and arranging a warranty, given the age of the vehicle and not qualifying for a statutory warranty which was no issue at all, and wholly understood even before enquiring. This was done in a very timely way, openly with the end result being very acceptable.nnHis follow up and communication the whole way through was prompt, professional and very friendly. Not once did I feel pushed, lied to, disrespected, devalued or demeaned.nnAlyce, very courteously and promptly reached out, via email, as her role took over to complete Campbell’s impeccable work. In a professional, easily understood yet detailed email, she informed me of what was required from here, to arrange and carry out collection of the vehicle. The turnaround from the sale, which required completion of a RWC as well as ensuring the car was mechanically ready and aesthetically prepared, was pleasing, which might have lead some to question how completely this process was carried out, if not having had the care I’d had through the sale up until then.nnRightly so, any concern was not necessary. The condition of the vehicle exceeded my expectations, having not seen it up until then, in person. Apart from being an exceptionally selected used car, given the mileage and condition it is in, the care taken to detail the car was outstanding. The thoughtfulness to have kept the car inside, following this, to maintain the cleanliness, as well as the sweet placement of a blue bow on the bonnet, was a clear demonstration of the companies values, and emphasis on customer satisfaction.nnToday, it was clear Alyce had been expecting my arrival, as I was greeted in a very warm and welcoming manner. She was conscious that I had travelled some distance, without me having said anything, offering me a coffee and place to rest. She was organised and prepared, with the finalising of the sale happening concisely, however, comprehensively, not feeling hurried or rushed in anyway. I was given an opportunity to ensure I was happy with the vehicle, space to ask questions etc. As with Campbell, Alyce’s manner was a credit to thr organisation, with professionalism and communicating confidence that she knew how to carry out her role in a comprehensive way. Her customer service skills, demeanour and communication were faultless.nnThe car that has exceeded by expectations, in its presentation, condition, drivability and value, with the added confidence of the 1 year warranty.nnThanks for such a therapeutic experience, which can so often be a burdensome, demoralising and challenging one purchasing a used car, and for the immensely satisfying outcome. Had an extremely professional and amazingly personal experience, couldn’t have asked for better customer service, transparency and general friendliness. No car-salesman greasiness just a positive group of people who were willing to make the best deal happen for both parties involved.
