Despite doing two RAT tests that came back COVID negative, the Yarra Valley Clinic turned me away at my appointment. Dr Taylor refused to see me because I had a sore throat and told me he would just write me a letter saying I was sick over the phone 'because he believed me'. It's a strange world when doctors refuse to see a patient, let alone treat them.

Been going here for years. Generally they are good. But all medical clinics sometimes get overwhelmed. So cut them some slack.

I have been coming to the YVC for years. The doctors are very accomodating but the receptionists are awful and incredibly rude every time I come in and call.

Pick up a 13yr old from school today that needed 4 stiches went to the clinic that I've been with for 20+ yrs? was told there to busy to help him  "go to maroondah er"  very disappointed

They have always been so friendly and amazing

Wonderful! The receptionist was so kind and helpful and it felt like a miracle they were able to fit me in for a same day appointment for an extremely painful flare up. The doctor was knowledgeable and asked a lot of questions to make sure he understood the issue before giving medical advice.
