Xpress Personal Training is a great environment for both beginners and advanced clients, aiming to achieve their fitness goals. They offer 1 on 1 sessions, as well as fun group sessions to keep each other motivated and accountable. Xpress is a small community where everyone is very friendly and welcoming, especially the staff. Anton has been an awesome mentor by assisting with building my knowledge around the PT industry. The gym is based in the Adelaide CBD with easy accessible parking. They know their stuff - highly recommend!!
I have been going to XPT for 23 years with the aim of maintaining my fitness and my weight. I also find this an excellent way to manage me mental health and the symptoms of my bipolar/anxiety disorder. The staff are excellent. Always supportive and making sure that my programs are challenging and effective. Anton in particular has also helped me manage recovery from many externally acquired injuries over the years as I am a putz and continually hurt myself doing dumb stuff out of the gym. The environment is friendly with an excellent range of equipment. It’s conveniently located and has a great community feel.
XPT has been my gym and personal training studio for over 20 years and it has been an amazing place to train. The atmosphere is friendly, non intimidating and fun. The trainers are professional, knowledgeable and helped me with my rehab recovery. I would highly recommend this personal training studio!

Awesome small friendly gym with great and welcoming atmosphere. Excellent personalised PT sessions. I really appreciate the flexibility of times available to help fit in my busy schedule. Never been a gym fan but this place has gotten me to stick to it for the last 1.5 years and I can’t see it stopping anytime soon. Thanks team XPT!

I have been going to XPT Gym for about 8 years & It has been in the last 12 months I have incorporated a personal training session to my weeks activities. I have found this weekly session on a Monday morning very rewarding I enjoy the camaraderie of Trainers Anton & Ira together with the Banter which occurs on the gym floor This has helped me maintain my regular attendance. Location based in the Adelaide. CBD Is very convenient I happy to recommend XPT to any person serious about maintaining their health & welfare
