Come and train like the stars at F45 Training Paradise.Every day throughout the week offers a different 45-minute workout, with group fitness and personal training options. The workouts are created by the F45 Athletics and Peak Performance Department from a database of over 3,000 different exercises, so our members never get the same workout twice.F45 Training Paradise is a medium-sized F45 training gym and site amenities include toilets and showers with access to the rear and adjacent car park. Based in Campbelltown, opposite the Newton Shopping Centre."

An excellent team environment, the trainers are fantastic and provide great feedback through each session. The variety of sessions works really well, and the equipment is modern.
I have always been to nervous and shy to do a group fitness session after seeing them at other gyms but my partner encouraged me to head out with her one day… and in the end it was one of the best decisions I’ve made. The team at f45 paradise made me feel welcome and at home. The other members are lovely and friendly and always happy to help. I enjoy going to every class and would 10/10 recommend them to anyone. F45 paradise is now part of my life style and will be going for years to come. Absolutely love it
After 18months I am still hooked. The trainers are all knowledgeable, personable and enthusiastic. They’ll give you technique tips and words of encouragement on those days you need it. The workouts have allowed me to regain strength and flexibility. I honestly haven’t felt this good for years.
Staff are great! Really encouraging and motivating. It’s a welcoming environment and the trainers are approachable and fun to train with!

I never used to be a morning person until I started training with the amazing crew at F45 Training Paradise and now I jump out of bed in the mornings. The team atmosphere makes you feel supported and gives you that extra push to make it through to the end. The trainers are knowledgeable and encouraging and the vibe of the classes makes you feel like you are in your happy place. Can’t recommend this place enough.

F45 Training is all about quality workouts with the ‘personal trainer’ experience in a group class. I’ve always struggled with sticking to full body cardio and weight exercises in traditional gym or class environments. The owners and trainers at F45 Paradise have provided me the support to confidently push myself and learn the techniques needed to continue improving my physical health. The whole F45 Paradise family, members included, have enabled me to be stronger physically and mentally. At F45 Paradise, you’re not just a number and you’re overall well-being is the priority!
