The young guy with the tattoos was great, bought a pair of ties from him. The notorious Asian guy's reputation is well earned.
It is sad to see a retailer having to close the store. However, the rude and arrogance attitude and the very very low level of customer service of the asian guy Sam? wasn't a surprise.
