Xeom is a great example of Vietnamese street food. Great extensive menu with all the greats and covers vegetarian, meat and seafood options. Good drinks list. suitable for kids too good clean vibe inside and quick turnaround. Service is ok but could be a little more aware. Worth a visit for se good quality Viet food for sure
Got their ‘combination fried rice’ takeaway. Very little meat or ingredients other than rice and for $14 a serving too. Disappointing and not good value for money. Fancy looking place but the food is not on par. If you want good Vietnamese god across the road to Coconut Palms - take it from a local.

Interesting and genuine Vietnamese food served in a simple and busy Smith St restaurant. The service was brusque but efficient, with food served quickly and hot. A good menu with a range of simple food and drinks. No credit/debit card facilities but cash machine nearby in Smith St.
