The team at WW are brilliant. Fast, efficient, friendly...and very very reassuring in terms of advice and support. Recommend without hesitation!
They don't have proper knowledge, unnecessarily make things more difficult than needed and charge for the unnecessary work. Also poor in their contact method. I called one solicitor but their phone system kept taking me back to the receptionist who again would connect me to the same person. This repeated several times without going on the answering machine. When the solicitor called me back, he asked me if it was me who called him 5 times! Get your phone system fixed instead of being rude to your clients.
Public Notary for Declaration of Identity, the payment in website is $75+, however I was charged $230 for one A4 page paper even I provided the sample page. When I contact them again to add one sentence into the paper, I was requested to pay another $200 - $300 plus GST. Finally I found another lawyer, the total charge is $100 and GST included. The lawyer even said that come back for free anytime if get any problem for this declaration.
