Highly disappointed with Conveyancing Shop Botany and their staff. I sent them several emails regarding our transaction and have only received a reply to one email. I had to phone them to ask what was happening about our transaction and have still had no confirmation as to what has happened. It has been over 3 months now. The only time they had any communication with me was to send me a hefty invoice in which they had "communication with me" as the description of the costs. On another occasion I emailed them to look over a LIM and title for me to which I got no response and almost lost out on the property because of this. This lack of interest shown in clients caused us to change to another law firm who have been amazing and a much more professional outfit.

We had the pleasure of dealing with Tracie Griffin with selling our home. What a unique experience! Usually when dealing with lawyers & the legalities of things, it’s daunting & overwhelming at the same time. With Tracie’s bubbly, approachable & professional personality, it made a difference to the experience. Making it less stressful & more memorable. Thank You!

Cost effective and get the job done. These are the first solicitors I've used. They were friendly enough and normally respond within a day or two, and were able to work in with a short 1-week settlement timeline. However I got the distinct impression I that I was a faceless client amongst a myriad of others.

Initial experience was good because we were dealing with a competent lawyer. Once she departed the new lawyer appointed lacked basic detail such as inconsistency in the spelling of my name and basic grammar mistakes in legal documents. I emailed the branch manager with my concerns and explaining how I do not feel confident in the new lawyer, I got no reply. I will no longer use Conveyancing Shop in Botany.
