Terrible service. I phoned to make an appointment as a first-time client, and the person answered 'hello?'. Thinking I had the wrong number, I tried again, and got a rude 'Hello, dentist.' I asked to make an appointment for the next available Saturday and was abruptly told they weren't open on Saturdays. The bloke rambled off another phone number very fast saying I should try that instead. Their website, Google, and Facebook all show that they're open Saturday. As someone who fears the dentist, the abrupt and rude attitude I received was totally off-putting and very unkind.
