Just fantastic service. Great crew in Brisbane, but the crew in Cairns surpassed them by miles. Very friendly and every care was taken, did everything we asked and more. Bryce led a great team of Brayden, Kerry and other support crew.
Very good. As a first time worldwide mover I found all to be good, from helping me understand the process, customs, timing etc. To the delivery. The boys were careful and well organised, doing all that was asked of them. Thank you very much
We are very happy with our decision to engage Wridgways for our move from Cairns to Brisbane. The service was efficient and streamlined, the team communicate well and we were informed of all decision making. The access to our property was difficult but we heard no complaints and were presented with a team of workers who were courteous and respectful. We would definitely recommend Wridgways to anyone moving house and I have to add that the Cairns team under Glen are amazing.
Really happy with WridgWays making our move from Canberra to Airlie run smoothly and efficiently. On time and nothing was damaged. Definitely recommend
The guys were excellent! They packed the whole house in about 5 hours, and delivered promptly the next day. They then came and collected the empty boxes!
Initially very responsive and clear, pick up was good but then things started to go wrong, accidentally got locked out of flat by removalists following uplift and had to pay for locksmith. Repeated and unsupported delays in delivery of furniture and vehicle, new destination was booked out for accommodation and car hire due to school holidays so I had to “camp” in vacant new home. Financial offer of assistance was never fulfilled and some items were broken in arrival.
WE HAD TWO SEPARATE DELIVERIES DURING THE LAST 3 WEEKS. ONE DELIVERY INVOLVED A PICK UP FROM 3 DIFFERENT ADDRESSES IN SYDNEY AND DELIVERY TO OUR HOME ADDRESS IN THE CAIRNS AREA. THE SECOND DELIVERY WAS FOR TWO ITEMS DROPPED OFF AT THEIR BRISBANE DEPOT AND THEN DELIVERED TO OUR CAIRNS ADDRESS. ALL ITEMS WERE LARGE AND HEAVY WITH 3 OF THE ITEMS BEING GLASS DISPLAY CABINETS. THE SERVICE WE RECEIVED DURING THE QUOTATION, PICK UP AND DELIVERY PHASE WAS EXCEPTIONAL. ALL STAFF WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO HELP. THE PRICE QUOTED FOR BOTH JOBS WAS THE LOWEST, BUT THE SERVICE AND DELIVERY WAS OF THE HIGHEST STANDARD.
The guys were all happy and very friendly - nothing seemed too much trouble. I really liked the way they constantly looked out for each other.
