Great group of professional movers that helped us move into our 2 FNQ properties!  If you are looking for a great family business that looks after you professionally, I highly recommend these guys! Highly recommended.
I have moved many times in my life , and usually bigger jobs than this , so I have experienced the best and worst.

The 3 guys seemed to work seamlessly together and the 2 young guys who brought everything to the room were obliging, polite and still had a sense of humour at the end of the job.
There were no complaints and they were attentive to my need to get each box put in the right room in a tidy fashion first go.

Our apartment is inside a resort we manage and I would be surprised if any guest even knew such a big task was going on around them as the guys were quiet and focused.

The office was extremely accommodating when we kept changing dates for pick up,. for packing, for delivery  - for which we were so grateful.

Great experience all around – much appreciated

Thank you for taking care of my move. I was genuinely surprised about how easy it was to organise and how quickly it all arrived here. The guys who unloaded were great, helpful and careful. Loved the way you kept me informed as well. 
I'm settling in well and am more organised than I usually am at this stage of a move. No stress for me at all.

I moved from Cairns to Brisbane and ended up being the customer from hell with an indefinite storage timeline and several attempts at short notice moves. The team were always willing to work with me, despite the challenges and constantly changing plans. My goods were in storage for over six months and it has been returned to me in excellent condition. I was really happy with the price and service received and I will definitely use GN/Chess for future moves. Thank you for making a really stressful process as easy as it possibly could be.
