Visited this travel agent to book holiday. The agent was with other customers and did not acknowledge that we were even there in over 20 mins. Very rude. Went elsewhere for better service
I booked hotels in Maui with them and because of covid 19 want to cancel. Still the cancellations have not been done. They also want to charge me $600 cancellation fee. I was going and meeting two friends there. My friends booked the same hotels as me directly with the hotels. My friends rang the hotels one day to cancel and got their full refunds returned into their bank accounts the very next day. World Travellers still have not cancelled. Why take so long and how can they justify charging $600 fees. It pays to go direct to the hotel. It also was no more costly for them.
Suzie was brilliant in our time of great need. Urgent flight needed and she sortrd everything out for us xx
