Simply amazing. Have actually saved my life.

The line up arrangement is silly. There's always just one person on the front desk. You have to wait ages in line for the foreigner in front of you to settle something that normally takes 1 minute. First ever impression when I got there the first time was "wow these people are exstreext rude" with time they have gotten more pleasant but I have been told a number of times that my age will mean a decrease in payments for help when it's been the opposite which has resulted in me living in houses with druggies paying 250 a week and 800 bond just to get in which I never got back, when I could of had my own place for 220pr/wk and 1,200 bond. All round nelson is over priced with a lack of work, once I get a job I'm out of here.

How do you rate WINZ? Hmmn. I sincerely disliked the way I was greeted and treated by security staff at the door. They were extraordinarily disagreeable, and didn't seem to have a set routine for checking IDs etc. It felt like different people got different treatment, just getting in the door! WINZ staff I dealt with were courteous, but a correct answer to my initial query would have saved me a pointless 15 minutes queuing in the wrong area.

Could have helped more when you didn't get paid by them and you have to wait to get paid by them

Friendly staff sorted my problem out quickly

The service at MSD Nelson was very brief and, non-existent!
