We got a parking notice without any reason, they just said we parked longer than we actually did and gave us the notice. We went to the council and explained them and filled a form and they just sent us an email saying they don't accept that and if we don't pay we will have to go to court. Very unfriendly and not justified. The staff was very friendly though, only the people that edited our complaint were very unfriendly.

You guys are on to it when it comes to local complaints. But you need to do something about lights, and some of the bus drivers. Yesterday with the NBus at 5.00pm 17th Wednesday January 2018 a man who was filling in for the main 3 guys who always drive me home. HE ALMOST KILLED ME!!! He looked away 3 times from the busy main road on saint Vincent street, and again when he pulled over to let a car past HE PUSHED PAST ONCE THE CAR WAS HALFWAY THROUGH!!!

You shouldn't judge a book by its cover. The building may not look that good but the people inside are awesome. The city's staff has been extremely helpful. From the parking ticket officer who gave us a ticket to the lady at the City Council offices.

You really need to fix the lines especially in the stoke area for internet access because we paid a ridiculous amount of money and were promised an upgrade in speed but it dropped by like 40% because of the way its been set up in stoke, and it took me 5 mins to load the page to write this comment.
