My partner and I went in at 9:50 and were speedwalking around the store so we didn’t inconvenience anyone by being there too late and instead of being told nicely to finish up which we were already on our way to the checkouts to do, we were told by the girl in the assisted checkouts with the long brown hair in a very rude tone “you need to go and pay now.” We then continued to walk to the assisted checkouts and when my partner went to use a machine, she closed it down in front of him which then forced us to take longer because he had to wait for me to finish paying for my stuff. We were then ignored while she walked past us giggling to her co-worker about some comment that was made about another customer entering the store. I worked in customer service at Coles for 4 years and I know that it can suck when people come in late but I also know that sometimes that’s the only time people can get into the shops and she had no right to be as rude as she was. Completely unprofessional and nasty, we both left mad and annoyed.
Boo to you Wollies! Website states 9.00pm close, carpark full of people needing groceries. Unfriendly staff shut at 8.00 saying website was wrong, can't help it.

Great central location with numerous speciality shops surrounding it. The new Direct to the Boot is super convenient and genuinely a premium drive through service which means I do not need to get out of my car. The range in the supermarket is the best in town and means I don’t have to make the effort to go to a second shop to fill the gaps.
