This used to be the best stocked & best quality supermarket within 5km of this area. Over the past two years they’ve dropped line after line of quality produce in favour of very ordinary in-house brands & often no alternative. Accordingly it gets maybe a third of the grocery spend we used to make at this store. A disappointing change to a once good business.
I normally have an excellent experience at this supermarket. However today at 12.30 I met the rudest and most aggressive man working at the self checkout. I actually felt uncomfortable around him. If I see him again, I will leave and go to the Coles next door.
Good service , good variety of products however poor service from the lady that’s the manager there named Kim, the way she handles customers is outstandingly rude And unprofessional , the other male manager store manager who has been there for a little while now always goes above and beyond for me which is why I normally only try to come in over the weekend
It is a very conveniently located Woolworths with great select diversity and easy to get to using the Tram 58 along Toorak Rd.nnMy only negative is the regular self checkout attendant who is always grumpy and critical whenever he has to do any work, dampening the checkout experience.
Good supermarket, but one of the smaller ones.nI feel the range is smaller than woolworths south yarra or east hawthorn
