The kind of shop i want to just buy the amount I need. Spacious with many choices from lentils, pasta, chocolates, treats , oils, fresh nut butter & they even have a beauty section for laundry , surface cleaning , skincare & makeup ! Sustainable living starts here - bring own bottles , jars , containers to buy items or use bulk bags provided in store. Love the concept. Great consumer experience
So glad a store like this has landed in Toorak making it easier to make smarter shopping choices to be plastic free. I did a full shop of regular supermarket packaged products and the waste was only a few paper bags suitable for recycling. It has almost any packaged whole food you can think of from flours, nuts, seeds and grains as well as the unexpected like good quality Australian olive oil, hand soaps and detergents and a wide arrange of teas. I was particularly surprised at how inexpensive it was to purchase quality tea in this bulk format. There is a choice to take things home in paper bag to transfer into your pantry containers or you can bring in your pantry containers and have them weighed beforehand. There is also a nice selection of glass storage jars to purchase. Staff were incredibly friendly and on hand to assist. I loved that the store was conveniently located on the Toorak car park and is bright and welcoming. I hope to frequent as it was a pleasant, and fun, shopping experience.
The shops looks very clean and well kept.nI don’t really get the convenience.nThe price is the same per kg or Litre, if you buy 1,2,5 or 10 kg/L.nIt’s supposed to make you feel good about saving the environment, as they don’t use plastic. They use paper instead, or any other container you bring.
Beautiful shop. Good shopping experience Staff is very friendly & helpful.
The product quality is incredible. Refreshing to see no plastic, beautiful store.
