Today my bank card would not work for the first time when I was purchasing my groceries and just as I tried putting my bank card through for the second a male staff member who was going home and speaking to the female teller who served me asked me ‘How many bank cards do you have? I replied to him that it was none of his business. This shows the poor customer service that staff members can go and to make them think that they can ask a customer a personal question like how many  bank cards a person has is overstepping the boundaries . This supermarket has lost my business because of this male staff member. Every member of staff who works at this supermarket should be trained in costumer service because it is through the sale of groceries that every employee can get payed.nThey have lost my business and I will go back to shopping at Aldi where they don’t overstep the boundaries.

Super convenient with train station just adjacent to the supermarket. Great variety of stock, however I wasn’t able to find certain ingredients, stock range requires to be updated. Team members were super helpful, even though they also didn’t know if the product is available or not. Fairly clean environment. Cash, card, and mobile wallet accepted. Accessible entrance, disability-friendly. Free car parking right outside. Late trading hours.

CERTAIN night shift staff at the self serve checkouts make me feel like a criminal every single time I come in. I’m constantly watched and treated with suspicion for no reason God forbid I come in at 10pm not dressed to some “high standard” and I’ve seen the same thing happen to other customers by the same staff during the day.nnI’ve even been stopped and demanded a receipt despite the worker watching me the entire time for over less than a dollar in change I accidentally left in the self serve checkout to ‘prove it was mine’ and had staff talk while watching me check out. It’s invasive, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable.nnI’ll stick to Coles.

Woolies are the same inside as every other, this one is special because it has its own carpark and thus less distance to walk / push trolleys, it is close to the main road and entry is by exit from a roundabout, very easy to get into.

Absolutely woeful Asian greens quality compared to Rosenthal. Always limp.
