The infrastructure in this place has become a joke. Really poor design when it comes to the elderly or the disabled. Also there is one smiling old lady at the help desk that is just fantastic, a real pleasure to receive customer service from. However there is a different old lady there who has a constant grimace on her face, it also shows in her body language and speech. I understand you don't want to come to work. But customers HAVE to get groceries.
It's hard to recommend either of the big supermarkets at the moment given we know how much they're exploiting their customers during the cost of living crisis. The range of produce at the store is good, the fresh produce is of good quality and the staff are friendly and helpful. The four star rating is for the store and not Coles themselves.
The Next Level of Trust IssuennNow Coles added those gate in every side of exit direction, it's just goes to show that we're all being watched despite of the rising of the living cost.nnI bought two drumsticks fillets this afternoon at Coles Sunbury, when I arrived home and prepared the meat, the drumsticks smelled off! The meat that supposed to be prepared for dinner ended up in the bin! I ended up thrown them away to the bin since it's impossible for me to cook it! The meat is OFF! What a waste of money! I'm your regular customer and this is how you treated your customer?! This is not my first time having a bad experience with Coles Sunbury. I have lodged a complaint regarding this issue, if I don't get any compensation, I would never trust your product again! It's not about the price, but I felt like I have been cheated! I felt like I waste my money for something that I can't even cook! Sooner or later, I wouldn't be the only one who will experience this. You're not only have an issue with your staff, but your products either!
I felt very put upon by staff.nSeriously,you can drop your attitudes, your only a Supermarket,not Parliament House or the Opera Association. And how can you not know where to direct me for items? If I tell you I can't find it, wouldn't that indicate, I've checked every aisle and can't see it and THATS why I'm impeaching on your knock off beer time? Read the isle signs? I've been down every one and not located what I'm looking for, I'VE READ EVERY AISLE SIGN MORONS, HENCE THE NEED FOR ASSISTANCE....And nobody knows where anything is anyway, some staff.
Not open when we need it open, seems to be a result of being located in a dying, slowly closing down shopping centre.
