Above and beyond. What wonderful service. I think the staff filling shelves at abot 6.30 last night was Max. There was no marzipan in the baking, I asked Max if there would be some later in week. As I was walking towards the checkout he approached me with a box of marzipan. So happy, what great service. Well done Coles have such helpful staff.
It's a supermarket. What more really needs to said. Prices are pretty standard for today which simply means that they too high for consumers but good for shareholders.
Horrible experience.nWe went through self-checkout with a carton of eggs, and the staff member told us we had to scan them separately — which I already knew. When I responded that I do this all the time, she questioned me, asking “Isn’t it more expensive to do that?” I explained that I prefer free-range eggs.nnShe then proceeded to stand there and watch me and my partner scan every item, which made us extremely uncomfortable. We use self-checkout specifically because my partner doesn’t like the way staff pack our groceries.nnIf customers are going to be treated like potential thieves for simply using self-checkout, then maybe don’t offer it at all. The whole interaction felt discriminatory and completely unnecessary.nnA genuinely horrible experience — we were considering moving to Sunbury, but after this, we’re definitely rethinking it.
The Next Level of Trust IssuennNow Coles added those gate in every side of exit direction, it's just goes to show that we're all being watched despite of the rising of the living cost.nnI bought two drumsticks fillets this afternoon at Coles Sunbury, when I arrived home and prepared the meat, the drumsticks smelled off! The meat that supposed to be prepared for dinner ended up in the bin! I ended up thrown them away to the bin since it's impossible for me to cook it! The meat is OFF! What a waste of money! I'm your regular customer and this is how you treated your customer?! This is not my first time having a bad experience with Coles Sunbury. I have lodged a complaint regarding this issue, if I don't get any compensation, I would never trust your product again! It's not about the price, but I felt like I have been cheated! I felt like I waste my money for something that I can't even cook! Sooner or later, I wouldn't be the only one who will experience this. You're not only have an issue with your staff, but your products either!
Best supermarket in Sunbury, has lot more variety than Woolworths, staff are always friendly and helpful.
