A very busy place on a typical Sunday morning shop, but only to see 2 manned registers open and a dozen or so people waiting.nAnd James on the register, as you are handling fresh produce and other grocery items, could you please do everyone a huge favour and STOP RUNNING YOUR FINGERS THROUGH your HAIR every 15 odd seconds!nIf your hair is a problem hanging in front of your eyes, then can I please suggest you wear something to secure it, or better still, visit one of the many barber shops in Sunbury and tidy yourself up!nThank you
I have asked the lady at the counter for a plastic token to get a trolley. She said all those finished and I have to use 2 dollars to get a trolley. I'm a regular customer and I'm pretty sure they have made enough profits to help me little better. I was waiting trolley man and he gave me one from his pocket. You need to improve your customer service not just focusing on profits.
They rely heavily on the Self check out system with very little customer care ir service.nThe Car park is way to small for the shopping precinct and the selves are often almost empty.
One of the worst stores in the whole of Melbourne! 100% Problems start at management level. staff are treated like garbage quality of shop is terrible so much shelf ready boxes left on shelves you can't find anything without digging through the massive amounts of empty boxes left on shelves, customer service is something of a past memory particularly at this store poor management, terrible shopping experience
Friendly staff but you many trolleys in the isles.need more check outs .Coles make enough profits .employ more people .plus reduce your coffee asap. Stop price gouging .otherwise shoppers will leave .
