If you insist on having locked trolleys you need to make sure you have the tokens to unlock them. After over a month of trying to do weekly shops and asking if they had any to be told no and the trolleys still locked up tight. I definately won't be back and the people behind me who felt the same will be shopping at Woolies from now, where you can at least get a trolley to do your shopping.

How pathetic is the management of Coles Sunbury. Staff do there best but the “corporations” want us all to go cashless but then they get trollies that require a coin and then won’t re-order trolly tags to replace them for regular customers when they break or get lost because he got a fine the poor baby.nMaybe we need a cash and service only day or two each year so they don’t get to far ahead of themselves

Got my click and collect today. Mushrooms use by tomorrow. Spinach use by the day after tomorrow.nnLast time I did click and collect it was a 40 minute wait while they “picked” the order. Why wasn’t it ready at the pick up time? Completely defeats the purpose of click and collect. I could’ve done the shopping myself quicker than that.nnAnyway, that’s two stuff ups too many. Not shopping here again.

30/6/2025 2:10pm. One of the staff members Vesna, was very rude. I went to a card only register, and there wasn’t a sign and then it said card only on machine. Then she yelled at me and pointed to a sign that was on top and not visable saying, card only. And said “did you want my glasses” I don’t appreciate that and she was very rude to other people as well.

Hi…I am a Resident of Sunbury….i have always Shoped at Cole’s Sunbury Square….The Service used to always be good..Now I am Appalled at the Service there…I was there Today…Only one Register open….We were number 3 in the queue….One Register open…and there were 4 others waiting to be served. Including my Husband and myself.I was so annoyed…..My Husband has just came Home from being in Hospital….He just about Collapsed while he was waiting….to be served..then the Cashier froze…and would not work. So this young Man had to tell us to bring our Groceries to another Register….Very Poor Service…..even after School the other day..nOnce again 1 Register open….I know the Manager are eventually going to make it Self Service for the Future….I know these young Operators are not the blame….i will take my Business elsewhere…nTerrible service……….Put more Operaters on or lose Business…
