Grocery managers doing a great job. Rising to a higher standard than before. Keep up the good work. More effort on service down the aisles from the online shoppers was walking with my 10mth son doing a shop and online shopper cut me off down the aisle in a rush. Very rude considering I'm carrying an infant and two shopping. Work on controls to minimise impact to all shoppers
It was pretty standard. Go in, shop, get out. Always busy. A positive sign of good people staff, good food and great value
My experience by self service today was fantastic. The young lady explained to me how to use multiple gift cards to pay for one complete transaction. It was so much easier then I expected and was more then 10 items not to mention the patience she had when my phone internet was lagging and my infant was get upset. to her
Went through cashier 1 just now... Such a lovely person called Shelley was serving I was absolutely amazed at how she served the elderly gentleman in front of me.. so kind, caring and engaging such a compassionate person. Definitely wish there were more staff like her around more often. Super commend her for her customer service.
I order my groceries via the app this week and i’m not too sure what happened, only one of my items was substituted yet half of the order was wrong. It seems that my order may have been mixed up with another. I have half my items, and the other half is random things I didn’t order..I’m not sure what to do about this.
