Wide aisles, well-lit, and always clean. As a regular weekly customer, I’ve never had a bad experience—staff are helpful even when busy. Basement parking is super convenient in rainy weather. I still prefer Asian groceries for fresh produce, but overall it’s a good experience. Cottage cheese is always running low when I come—guess everyone’s on a health kick!

Waiting at counter to make a purchase. A lady comes up to purchase 8 gift cards with various amounts and payment methods. The lady was incredibly rude and self entitled, but cashier decided to serve her first. After waiting 10 mins, with lines building, some one came to help service counter. Completely ignored me and went straight to people who had queued from store. Gave up and left when the rude lady started talking about various amounts and payment methods for her next batch of gift cards. Not hard to tell a customer to wait as someone was there first, and basic customer service would be to ask who was waiting first when there are 2 lines. Won't bother in future since they put higher value on customers that act entitled and push their way in front of people.
Good except when it comes to slicing the home baked bread!nHit on miss dependg on the staff you get. Yesterday, the staff refused to slice the bread with kalamata olive saying we only slice plane and grain bread because of allergens like olives and jalapeños.nFor start, I believe if someone funnily allergic to olives, they won't pick the olives contaminated! Bread and if they do, it's the staff duty to check instead of forbidding the type of bread of all customers.nAnd to add to it, I've been shopping here for 2 years and always get my Bread, I have never seen jalapeños Bread in this woolworths or any other woolworths. By the way other woolworths supermarkets do slice any type Bread.
There are so bad in delivery order. Everytime i came up here the order is not ready. Try to better your delivery team. This is not a professional way to deal with a customer. I waited for 45 min. I told so many times to all members but they make lame excuses
