I don't recommend it. I don't remember seeing any really good price reductions on individual items like you see at other supermarkets. I found the security to be smarmy and disrespectful. This was the worst supermarket in Perth for that, along with the Woolworths in Mt Hawthorn : In my experience.
good location but full of untrained staff. dont do click and collect in this store. i have done 3 times and they managed to scew up 3 times.
Lovely place, had the best experience with a cashier today
My son ordered 5 whey proteins for click and collect. When we collected them, my son noticed 2 out of 5 were whey proteins and 3 were pea proteins. Whey protein is $24 and pea protein is $10.nA lady questioned my son if he ordered collectely. He showed a receipt to her but she was still asking him the same question.nThere were no more whey proteins so she wanted to refund but she was going to refund for pea proteins. I told her way proteins are twice more expensive and we had already paid for whey proteins. She had to refund for whey proteins not pea proteins.nWhat a waste of time.nIs this how Coles make money? We are not going to use click and collect ever again. What a nightmare.
