My son ordered 5 whey proteins for click and collect. When we collected them, my son noticed 2 out of 5 were whey proteins and 3 were pea proteins. Whey protein is $24 and pea protein is $10.nA lady questioned my son if he ordered collectely. He showed a receipt to her but she was still asking him the same question.nThere were no more whey proteins so she wanted to refund but she was going to refund for pea proteins. I told her way proteins are twice more expensive and we had already paid for whey proteins. She had to refund for whey proteins not pea proteins.nWhat a waste of time.nIs this how Coles make money? We are not going to use click and collect ever again. What a nightmare.
I shop at this store because of the Bakery. We missed the Bakers recently and had to go to another supermarket for bread and pastry products we like and did full shop there. Bread and fresh pastries soo good at Subiaco. We wont by the frozen hot cross buns!
All the negative reviews and not one apologetic comment back, no apology, zip, zero , zilch. You’d think that such a national store would have employed a “bot” at the very least to read each one and respond-zip, zero.. a vg reason to shop elsewhere
