So disgusted at the lack of help with the old lady working in the self serve. This was on 17th March at 1.55 pm. I had a credit and the lovely man at the front desk told me the girl on the self check out would help me with using as I didn't have a clue. She came over, swiped something on the register and said something like figure it out yourself, and walked away. I was at at a loss being 68, bad eye sight and some brain problems. I took what I had and went to a check out and the lovely young girl, she was Asian, sorted it out for me. Never have I met someone so rude and less helpful, and she should not be working there. Unfriendly, unhelpful, rude, she should be sacked.
I just can’t believe how dirty and disgusting Woolworths shops are. They never clean their shops or their baskets. I don’t know how they can get away with it. When I go to Coles there’s a vast difference every thing is so clean in their stores.
I was check out at express check out service and the lady name Kelly she said she doesnt want to let us do check out with rudeness. Because she would like to skip my turn to other person. It was 10.50am on 29 Dec at express check out service. Although we have said we are in hurry. Such a racist situation. Because we are Asian. Send to Woolworth Southport Park please check your staff behaviour.
Worst customer service ever. I forgot to take my receipt and went back 30mins after asking if my receipt could be reprinted and got told too many transactions have been made so can’t reprint it. I then went online and asked for the receipt and the online staff could easily find the receipt. Honesty unbelievable.
