Walked into woolworths today and we both had a great experience. We were at the deli station and the staff were so lovely, especially the seafood guy! Had the pleasure of being served by the manager who was in a plain different coloured shirt who looked like he was helping every customer possible. We will make this Woolworths our permanent place for shopping now.

I have shopped here for many many years and still your check in service is the worst I have experienced - never have enough staff on to meet the demand of your customers.
I shopped yesterday morning Saturday the 9th December - @ 7:15am i went to check out and not one single person to serve on check out - I asked the apparent supervisor and she said Oh one of my staff did not turn up. What on earth is that for a store that has just spent millions on a new store to have zero back up to serve your customers.
Really !!!! one only staff to serve this big new store.
Your staffing is the most disgraceful I have ver seen and now this is the last straw.
Fo good ness sake simply spend some on staff and serve your customers they pay your bills and if we do not go to your store your waste of money on the million dollar fit out.
