Talk about racial profiling at it's finest payed for my item at regular checkout not even self-serve and got stopped & interrogated 6 - 7 metres outside the store if this ever happens again I'm taking it up with corporate. Just because you have issues with people stealing from your pathetic store doesn't give you the right to racially profile someone who's never stolen anything in their life.
I visited today to get a few things and waited in line to be served.nThe young man serving had a huge beautiful smile on his face and honestly hands down the best customer service I've ever witnessed. I was in customer service for over 15yrs and can honestly tell you alot of people can learn alot from such a young but professional and lovely gentleman. He looked to be of African decent
I completed my purchase via self-checkout and as I was leaving nobody opened the door for me to leave. I looked around and there was one employee that looked like a teenager doing nothing and looked like he was on his phone. I checked the front desk where there were a group of what looked like more teenagers chatting and doing nothing. I had to shout out that I’d like to leave. What are they getting paid for, to muck about? This happened at about 7:23PM on Wednesday, October 15. Perhaps train your staff to do their job.
Experienced a rude staff member at the self service area, she wasn’t at all helpful when I asked to redeem a voucher. Told me I wasn’t able to use it and gave no explanation as to why. She was also chatting to other staff members and not paying attention to the customers.
Now this is a Woolworths supermarket!! So so spacious and aisles not too close together. OK it's not my local Moorabbin is but if I'm at Southland then I don't mind popping in, if I need something or even if I don't! Admire is too strong a word, Woolworths appreciation perhaps? Also interesting that this Woolworths is running a raffle for Easter where you can win a big basket of goodies while the Moorabbin, Hampton and Bentleigh stores, are not. Assume all down to the differences in Store Managers. Southland yours does seem better at add-ons.
