I only gave this Woolies 4 stars which is below the average 4.1 but only because 5 stars should be for exceptionally high achievement across all criteria. This Woolies is good, it is, very good. I liked it like many other Woolies Ive been to. I didn't detect anything different good nor different bad.

It’s our local and only fairly new so we are very happy with it. Modern layout great staff. Wide isles easy to navigate. The meat is always good especially the eye fillet it melts in the mouth. Good fish section a lot of fresh seafood on offer.

Went in this morning & went through self check out, and a item had scanned at a higher price then ticketed, when we asked the staff member are we entitled to receive it free, to which she abruptly snapped back straight away with NO! and walked away..nnIt was then another staff member arrived and after showing her Woolworths policy she then called the store Manager over who kindly assisted us.nnAnd as per Woolworths own policy we received the item for free.nnMy main concern now is how manny times has this happened to other customers..nnSurely staff members are up to date with Woolworths policies and procedures, or are they instructed to practice illegal work place actions as to save Woolworths money..nnWith prices already highly inflated, I would not expect a staff member to act like the free item would be coming out of her pocket.. Or left feeling like we were trying to steal the item..

Closes early 10pm and is quite expensive compared to other supermarkets. Aldi is just across the road
