Ocen Grove is a very nice quiet beach town that feels so relaxed. The beach is absolutely stunning and has bbq and shelter facilities with ample parking.nThe views are to die for.
Now I know where Coles Ocean Grove got the money to fund their recent store renovations.nThe layout of the store is now much improved but it came at the expense of customer service.nNow there are 14 self service checkouts, 4 assisted checkouts and 1 service counter/12 items or less checkout.nToday there was only 1 of the 4 assisted checkouts open, leading to a long queue of frustrated shoppers.nFor locals like me who bring their own shopping jeep, it's impossible to use the self checkout when the jeep is full of shopping as the delicate items that have been placed at the top of heavier items get scanned first. Then there's very little space to put them while the heavier items get scanned and placed back at the bottom of the jeep.nCome on Coles, do the right thing by your loyal customers and have more staffed checkouts.
Full line supermarket. Self check putavailable as well as assistance check out. Plenty of car park at the front and rear. Walking distance from the beach and ocean grove life savers club. Has liquor land next to it. Desaible parking. Public toilet available in the car park.
Staff are always friendly and helpful. New checkouts looking good
No service and can't find anything your left to your own no helpnService has not improved coles has forgotten the first rule of business SERVICE 1st 2nd and third
