I do most of my grocery shopping here as it's close to library and my tennis club. Good self service line and not too crowded after the January school holidays. Lots of parking close by.

Alway shop at Coles and find staff pleasant and helpful. Today whilst on holidays have been shopping at Ocean Grove Coles and left some fresh prawns at checkout. No one could find them when I came back and when a lovely deli assistant offered to check fridges near check out a mananget asked what had happened. We explained and he said he would check caneras. He came back with a bag of prawns and I said "Oh you've found them" and with a smile he explained the next customer has looked around and then taken them. Thank you so much for the excellent service😀

Never anyone on registers. Sick of waiting in line . When you approach head staff they tell you go use self serve , its like going to a restaurant and being told to go cook your own dinner 😠😠 on day they will all be out of a job with this self serve bull s..t 😠 what has happened to service its not like we get it halve price after all doing self serve doesn't cost them staff so pay us for doing the work,!!!!

Busy time of the year with the holiday season and tourists but staff always friendly and helpful but there could be more check outs open during the day?
